Questions before you start

What counts toward the active review limit?

Only reviews in Draft or In review count. Completed, closed, or expired reviews free up their slot right away. Free includes 2 active reviews; Pro includes 20.

Do I need a credit card?

No credit card is required for the Free plan. Paddle asks for payment details only when you choose to upgrade to Pro.

What happens when a review expires?

The review stops accepting new feedback. Approval history remains available while temporary media is removed after a short grace period.

How does media retention work?

Review links stay active for 14 days on Free and 60 days on Pro. Approval history remains permanent, while temporary review media is kept for 7 days on Free and 14 days on Pro after completion.

Do clients need an account?

No. Clients open a private review link and approve content or request changes without signing up.

What happens to my reviews if I cancel?

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Your account moves to Free limits, keeping all your history and completed decisions intact.
