Questions before you start

What counts toward the review limit?
Free includes 2 client reviews total. A review counts only on its first successful send. Drafts, resends and revisions do not use another review. Completing, deleting or expiring a review does not reset the allowance. Pro has no lifetime review limit: you can have up to 20 active reviews at once. Finished and expired reviews free their active slots.
Do I need a credit card?
No credit card is required for the Free plan. Paddle asks for payment details only when you choose to upgrade to Pro.
How long are reviews available?
Reviews stay available for 30 days on Free and 90 days on Pro after the last activity that changes the review, such as editing content or a client saving a decision. Simply viewing a review does not extend availability. When that window ends, the review becomes inaccessible. Permanent deletion happens no earlier than 7 days after availability ends and 7 days after a deletion notice is successfully delivered; a delayed or failed notice delays deletion.
Do clients need an account?
No. Clients open a private review link and approve content or request changes without signing up.
What happens to my reviews if I cancel Pro?
Your Pro plan remains active until the end of the paid billing period, then your account moves to Free limits. Existing reviews are not deleted just because you cancel, and their retention deadlines do not change. The lifetime Free review allowance does not reset: after two Free reviews have been sent, creating new reviews requires Pro. Existing reviews remain usable within their availability period.
