# ApprovePost

> ApprovePost is a lightweight client approval tool for freelance social media managers and small social media agencies. It puts each post, caption, revision, and explicit client decision behind one private review link before publishing.

A creator prepares a client review (a Content Plan in the application) containing one or more Posts. A Post can contain a single media item or a carousel, with an optional caption. The creator shares one private review link; the client does not need an ApprovePost account. Clients either approve each Post or request changes with feedback. Creators can revise and resubmit content while retaining feedback and approval history by version.

ApprovePost covers the approval step between finished content and publishing. It does not schedule or publish social media content. The public pages below are the official product information; authenticated workspaces under `/app` and tokenized client review links are private application resources.
